Meet your trainer

Hi, I'm Joe

I am not someone who was born with perfect genetics or a naturally athletic build. That is the whole point of the name.

My story

I have been stuck too

I have dealt with weight management issues throughout my life, and I have felt the frustration of being stuck at the same strength level for months because my exercise planning and my nutrition were a mess. I know exactly how hard it is to break old habits and start new ones.

I also know the difference it makes when you finally have a plan that works. That is the gap I spent years closing for myself, and it is the one I close for my clients now.

While I am not naturally athletic, athletics have always been part of my life. I have spent years in the gym training on my own, with partners, and with professional coaches. I turned that into a career, and I apprenticed at a high level strength and conditioning facility where we wrote programs for high school and college athletes.

Those are the same principles behind your program. Training used by college athletes, tailored for anyone who wants real results.

Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping you break through the same walls and finally see the results you have earned.
Who I work with

Mostly people starting over

Beginners who have never lifted. People who have been stuck for years. Anyone who is done guessing.
